Andy Sachs is doing an interview with one of the the most famous women on the planet, Olive Chase(something of a Hedi Klum in reality.)
Andy seeks to find why this model/actress is going to marry an average Joe from Louisville, KY and not some foreign actor, athlete, or male model.
Andy quickly finds that she isn't like any other famous person she had ever interviewed.
"'So, where do we begin?" she asked. "Do you, like, want to hear about my entire childhood? Should I start with conception?"
From this sentence we can tell Olive is no stranger to interviews and is willing to discuss anything. She list a broad range of topics to start with for Andy to choose to her liking.
Andy shoots straight to the point, how did she even meet her fiance?
'"Oh, that one's easy. We met the same what everyone does these days- online!'"
Olive is clearly eager to talk about her relationship and Andy is excited to listen. She had never heard of an actress or actor finding a relationship online, much less Olive Chase, who wouldn't need help finding a boyfriend.
Olive gets really into it and begins giving answers before Andy can even ask them. She explains how she made a honest profile without any pictures and to her surprise someone emailed her. Also how she stayed in a meager hotel concealing her identity with pseudonym to visit him and how she surprised him with her identity. Olive finishes up by telling how she feels like she has known him forever, she's found her 'soulmate'.
Andy proceeds to push the wedding details which surprisingly Olive knows nothing about.
"Oh, you can just talk to my stylist about that stuff. She picked everything."
Andy is dumbfounded that Olive would even say that. On one of the biggest day of her life she didn't even care enough to pick out a dress for her wedding. I think Olive is more excited about marrying her soulmate than anything else. Being a girl that's gone out with so many people for publicity reasons, I believe she's happy finally finding someone who likes her for her and doesn't care about the wedding as long as it gets a legal document signed saying they're bound together.

You make a great point! You also have a great title!
